Packages
Ask Me Anything (30 min) – $125 This is a good option if you have a few specific questions than can be covered easily, or you have no idea where to start and want help making a plan. You can also use it as an AMA to learn anything you want to know about the recruiter side of the interview process.
Interview Preparation (45 min) – $250 How to approach your interviews, what to expect, what to prepare, common questions, what a good answer sounds like, what you should ask them, approaching the compensation question.
Mock Interview with Feedback (45 min) – $250 We’ll set up this call like an actual interview for the first half. Then I will give you honest feedback and actionable advice for improving your interviewing skills.
Application Strategy Session (45 min) – $250 Optimizing your resume for an ATS, cover letter feedback, how to get your resume seen by a real person, what should “networking” look like.
Compensation Conversation (30 min) – $200 How to have this conversation initially and at the offer. We’ll go through your background and come up with a good target number as part of this call.
